Garden design is connecting the site, surrounding landscape and architecture together as one.

Working on a variety of projects from country landscapes to contemporary town spaces, we design, plan and create gardens, approaching each project by understanding the client’s vision and requirements for the space.

We have a collaborative and friendly approach to every project we work on and take great pride in creating spaces people will get lasting enjoyment from.

The Design Process

1. Free Site Visit & Consultation

We first meet you on site, offering an initial free site consultation to discuss the project and understand your requirements and vision for the garden. Following this meeting we send out a fee proposal outlining our services. We outline all our costs and services upfront for your consideration before commencing with any work.

2. Site Survey / Analysis

After formal instruction we arrange a topographical land survey to be carried out. This provide a digital survey of the site which identifies the building, site boundaries, levels and existing features. This survey is used as the building blocks of the design process and is essential to creating an accurate design.

3. Concept Design Proposals

We present the design proposals to you in person and discuss the concept of your new garden. Our design proposals include creative design plans, sketches, 3D videos & visual representations and mood boards. This process is very much a development and we work collaboratively with you to finalise the design.

4. Design Detailing

Following the approved design, a tender package is produced to include detailed master plans, written specification and construction details. These documents detail every element of the design and are used to request comparative quotations for the build.

5. Planting Design

Planting design follows the detailed designs and are presented in person. Planting proposals include detailed planting plans and moodboards. The planting scheme is tailored to your new garden.

6. Landscape Management

After the detailed design plans have been finalised, it’s time for the build. We can manage the entire process on your behalf, and arrange everything from comparative quotes, appointing contractor, contract administration, build supervision and aftercare. We provide a supply and install service for all soft landscaping elements
