Garden Design
Stage 1 – Design
We first meet on site, offering a free design consultation to discuss your vision needs and requirements for the garden.
After a formal instruction and completion of a topographical survey we begin a creative journey designing your new garden, working in collaboration with you during the development process.
Early in the design process we will present preliminary sketch proposals to discuss the direction of the design, followed by further creative development leading to a finalised design.
We use a variety of media to present your new garden from creative design plans, 3D visuals, planting and hard landscape imagery. As we develop the design from sketch proposals we create a VR (Virtual Reality) design experience. This allows the user to instantly immerse themselves in the new garden to fully understand the design, scale and proportions of the space. We also produce walkthrough animations of the design to replicate physical movement through the space.
Stage 2 – Design Detailing & Build
Following the approved design, we work to produce detailed drawings and planting plans. These drawings are used to request comparative quotations for the build and to accurately construct the garden.
Construction drawings accurately detail elements such as material choices and method of construction. Planting plans provide a creative view of the new planting, designed around style, colour and form.
After the detailing and planting plans have been finalised, it’s time for the build. We can manage the entire process on your behalf, arranging everything from quotations through to build supervision.
Stage 3 – Planting Installation
We provide a supply and install service for all soft landscaping elements.
We have an experienced site team who use excellent horticultural expertise and practices to implement all soft landscaping, installing planting schemes for a variety of projects from private residential gardens to large scale commercial projects.
